By creating an account or otherwise accessing FeltLedger (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of the Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and other people who access or use the Service.
FeltLedger is a hand-history tracking and analytics tool for online poker Multi-Table Tournaments (MTTs). The Service ingests hand histories you upload or enter, classifies hands into tiers, computes efficacy statistics, and — for Pro subscribers — offers AI-generated coaching reviews. FeltLedger is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PokerStars, GGPoker, Winning Poker Network, or any other cardroom.
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms.
Hand histories, tournament data, and any other content you upload remain yours. You grant FeltLedger a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your data. You may export your data at any time via the built-in CSV / Excel / PDF exports and delete it via the Danger Zone in your account settings.
Every new account receives 30 days of Pro on signup at no charge. After the trial, continued access to Pro features requires a one-time payment for a fixed term (1, 2, or 5 years). Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and shown before checkout. Purchases extend Pro entitlement — they do not automatically renew. You will not be charged unless you actively initiate a purchase.
Because Pro plans are one-time payments — not recurring subscriptions — refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the Service is materially non-functional for you within 7 days of purchase, contact us and we will issue a full refund. After 7 days, or if the Service is functional, refunds are at our discretion. Chip losses in poker games are not a basis for refund.
You agree not to (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service, (b) use the Service to violate any law or cardroom terms of service, (c) upload malicious code, (d) resell or sublicense access to the Service, or (e) attempt to disrupt other users' access. Cardroom rules on the use of third-party tracking software vary by site and region — you are responsible for complying with them.
Pro plans include AI Coach Reviews generated by third-party language models (currently Google Gemini 3 Flash). These reviews are opinions produced by software and should not be treated as professional coaching, financial advice, or guarantees of results. Do not paste real names or personal information into any input field — model providers may process your prompts.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that hand-history parsing is 100% accurate for every edge case. Nothing on the Service is investment or gambling advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall FeltLedger, its owners, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to FeltLedger in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the Danger Zone. We may terminate or suspend your account with or without notice for breach of these Terms. Sections 4 (your data), 6 (refunds), 8 (AI-generated content), 9 (no warranty), and 10 (liability) survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FeltLedger's operating entity is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless an alternative dispute-resolution process is offered.
